As a director and his crew shoot a controversial film about Christopher Columbus in Cochabamba, Bolivia, local people rise up against plans to privatise the water supply.
The screening will conclude the ever-popular Green Fair. The film will be in the Garden Room in the building next door to St Mary’s church, the other side of the basketball courts.
There will be a licensed bar selling On The Edge Brewery ale (assuming there is still some left after the Green Fair!), bottles supplied by Kelham Island Brewery and organic Spanish wines. There’ll also be a pop-up cafe selling hot drinks, soft drinks and bar snacks.
