Councillor Jillian Creasy presents a cheque for £400 on behalf of Central Community Assembly to HARC (Homeless and Rootless at Christmas)on behalf of Central Community Assembly. The city centre is part of Central ward, which is in the Central Community Assembly area and where many of the most needy people in the city tend to congregate. Thank you HARC for the fantastic work you do with some of Sheffield’s most vulnerable people.
